About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Barista/Part-Time Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee truck. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for coffee, a knack for leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is responsible, a problem-solver, customer-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of the coffee truck, ensuring efficient workflow.
Managing and leading a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and managing shift rotations.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Creative Problem Solving
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
Implementing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Regular communication with the owner to report on operations and issues.
Conducting inventory management and stock control.
Skills Preferred:
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in shift management, customer service, and handling customer complaints.
Strong team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide employees.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to problem solve in the moment

Physical Requirements:
Must be hold a valid drivers license and be able to drive to various locations for scheduled events
Ability to lift items weighing upwards of 40 pounds, such as bags or cold brew coffee kegs
Capability of standing for extended periods.
Frequent bending and kneeling.
