About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Barista to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has a deep love for coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys outdoor work. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, responsible, customer-oriented.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages according to customer orders.
Ensuring the coffee truck is ready for daily operations, including setting up equipment and stocking supplies.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and cleanliness standards.
Providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and orders with a friendly and efficient manner.
Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service.
Managing inventory and ensuring the coffee truck is well-stocked with all necessary items.
Basic maintenance and cleaning of coffee equipment.
Assisting with occasional inventory management and stock control.
Skills Preferred:
Experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee or food service industry.
Familiarity with various coffee brewing methods and equipment.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork skills and a positive collaborative attitude.
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to have fun in a fast paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Must be hold a valid drivers license and be able to drive to various locations for scheduled events
Ability to lift items weighing upwards of 40 pounds, such as bags or cold brew coffee kegs
Capability of standing for extended periods.
Frequent bending and kneeling.
